v1.0.7

Divisional Generators

• Added the K9 division under Davis Station with a new Deployment Log form (Canine Deployment Report): date, time, street, area, callsign, selectable deployment types, narrative, evidence found and signature, with Character Details autofill for name, rank and badge number.
• The Davis K9 BBCode uses its own header image and title, always ends the location with San Andreas, and the Open K9 Forum button goes to the Davis K9 forum.
• Both K9 Deployment Logs (Senora and Davis) now have a Medical Care Provided section that appears when the Bite deployment type is ticked: Yes, cleared on Scene / Yes, taken to ER / No, plus a Providing Unit field (e.g. Rescue 99, Rescue 801). When "No" is selected the field becomes Reason for lack of provided care.
• The Medical Care selection is not printed in the BBCode; it only decides the sentence added under the written narrative: cleared on Scene states the injuries were non-critical and the suspect was released into LSCSD custody; taken to ER states the injuries were critical and the suspect was transported to the PHMC Emergency Room. Both name the providing unit. Reset clears the new fields.
• Added a new Activity Tracker form under the SIB division: name (autofilled from Character Details), date, activity type (Media Interview, Social Media Post, Information Page, Story, Event Organization, Event Attendance or Other) and a brief summary. The Open Activity Forum button leads to the SIB activity thread.

Generators

• Added a new Email Template generator (depmail): sender name (autofilled from Character Details), date picker, priority (Normal, High, Urgent), recipient, optional CC, title and body, with a signature block showing rank, bureau and a station address dropdown (Hall of Justice, Davis Station or Senora Station).
• The previous email form has been renamed to Correspondence and works as before.

v1.0.6

Patrol Reports

• Incident Report and OSS Incident Report: every involved person now has a Deceased check next to the Forename Surname field. Once checked, you choose between PK and CK.
• PK: a Male / Female choice appears and the name in the generated BBCode becomes John Doe (( Forename Surname )) or Jane Doe (( Forename Surname )). CK: the name stays as Forename Surname.
• The MDC profile link and the person image link are always built from the real Forename Surname, regardless of PK or CK.
• A new OOC Death Details field appears for deceased persons, suggesting: Collect a picture of /cdna, /cexamine and /cdamages. It is added to that person's BBCode as an altspoiler named OOC Death Details.
• A live "Name in report" preview under the Deceased options shows exactly how the name will be written.
• Reworked the involved person fields in both forms: the name now takes the full width, Relation to Incident is a full-width field, and the MDC link and image options are tucked into a collapsible section (still generated automatically and still editable). The new checks use a styled pill toggle and PK / CK and Male / Female use segmented buttons.

Business Card Generator

• Redesigned the business card to match the real Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department card: white card with a thin border, the badge on the left, "County of Los Santos" over "SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT", the tagline, and "Grant Mendez - Sheriff".
• The deputy name, rank / title and bureau are centered in the middle of the card. The station (Hall of Justice, Davis Station or Senora Station) and its address are shown at the bottom left.
• Bottom right now shows Office: 901 and Cell with the number the deputy fills in. Fax, the email line, the badge number field and the Dark / White toggle were removed. The website line now reads LSSD.gta.world.
• The card now has a realistic crumpled-paper look (paper grain, soft wrinkles and shading, and worn edges). A Crumpled paper On / Off button above the preview switches back to the clean card, and the downloaded PNG matches what you see.
• The badge seal is slightly smaller.

Divisional Generators

• Added the SIB division under Senora Station with a new Story form (news release): release date, title, subtitle, cover image link, story content and three editable hashtags.
• The Story page shows a live image preview and a live article preview, and the Open Story Forum button leads to the SIB story thread.
• Home page: Divisional Generators now sizes each station by its number of divisions, so Senora Station's five divisions and Davis Station's single one both fit cleanly on every screen size.

All Forms

• No changes in this release.

v1.0.5

All Forms

• Redesigned layout: cards now use the full width of the page instead of a narrow column on the left, with clearer section headers, larger Yes/No buttons, a visible highlight on the field you are typing in, and full-width dashed Add buttons.
• On wide screens every form has a right-hand column with a Sections outline (click to jump, and it highlights where you are) and the Copy BBCode, Forum and Reset buttons, which stay on screen while you scroll.
• On tablets and phones the same buttons sit in a bar fixed to the bottom of the screen, so you never have to scroll to the end to copy.
• Each form page now shows its category and a one-line description under the title.
• The Business Card Generator uses two columns on wide screens.
• The generated BBCode is unchanged for every form.

• Home greets you using your saved Character Details, and links to Character Details if none are saved yet.
• Sidebar restyled: categories are now open lists instead of boxed groups, with a cleaner look for the active form.
• On phones, the sidebar is now a sticky top bar and the menu opens as a full-screen panel.

v1.0.4

Patrol Reports

• Incident Report: involved persons are now separated by two blank lines in the generated BBCode instead of one.
• Incident Report: added person image logic matching the OSS Incident Report. The image URL is generated from the person's name, falls back to the default image when no name is entered, and can be edited manually. A new Use default image checkbox sets the default image URL instead of the name-based link; unchecking it returns to name-based generation.
• Incident Report: the person image is now always included in the BBCode, right-aligned with the same alignment as the OSS Incident Report and placed after the Classification line.

Divisional Generators

• Added OSS Incident Report with a generated [IR] charge/location/date topic title, repeatable involved-person and evidence fields, and Character Details autofill.
• Added OSS Supplemental with filing information, narrative, and repeatable evidence fields; no topic title is generated.
• Reorganized Divisional Generators into Davis Station and Senora Station subsections, with OSS under Davis and Senora Station, NCCIT, and K9 under Senora.

Navigation & Settings

• Added a persistent prompt to fill in Character Details when opening a form that uses those details while the profile is empty; its appearance follows the active theme.
• Improved Search Forms so matching subsections display with their parent sections and ancestors, and matching parent sections reveal their subsections.
• Replaced the browser-native Task List date popup with a custom theme-matched calendar, and added the same date picker to Subject Information with today's date selected by default.
• Added the shared calendar to report, warrant, APB, station logbook, K9, NCCIT, and email date fields, with each generator applying its required date format; Incident and Use of Force also include 24-hour time selection.
